Description: This layer highlights the seasonal parking locations throughout the City of Grand Rapids. Streets designated with seasonal parking signs will have the following restrictions in effect from 12:01 a.m. on November 1 of each year to 11:59 p.m. on April 1 of the following year:- Odd-Even: On an odd date between 1 a.m. and 6 p.m., parking is prohibited on the even numbered side of the street. On an even date between 1 a.m. and 6 p.m., parking is prohibited on the odd numbered side of the street.- Same Side: Parking is prohibited at all times on the posted side of the street.
